Topflight's Journey.
Tony Collins, Topflight’s chairman, founded his first travel agency, in 1984, on Dublin’s Dorset street and began to sell ski holidays later that decade. He acquired the Topflight brand in 1990 and started working alongside his son Neal who took on the sales department.
In March 2000, Collin’s other son Anthony, founded online ski holiday group Directski.com which borrowed from Topflight’s business model but replaced the holiday brochure and travel agent network with an online ski booking website - the first travel company in the world to do so. Anthony enlisted his brothers help to set up a sales department in his new venture and Neal stayed on to head up Directski.com’s sales and marketing function until the two Collins family businesses, Topflight and Directski.com came together in 2013.

Since then, the family-run Topflight, has evolved and progressed through a combination of natural growth and acquisition and continues to deliver first-class ski and summer holidays to clients. We believe that the years of experience and knowledge that we have gained through this time have helped us to ensure that we can provide the superior holiday experience that our clients have come to expect from us.
