1. Clients should make their way to the Aer Lingus check in area in Dublin Terminal 2. Siobhan or Janet will be on hand to assist.

2. APIS - Advanced Passenger Information including passport details can be inputted by logging into your booking online. Boarding cards will be forwarded by email. Passport details are deleted within 1 month of travel.

3. Your Ryanair Boarding Cards will be sent 7 days before travel –– APIS Required².

4. Sandwiches, soft drinks, alcohol, tea/coffee etc.

5. Small personal bag must fit under the seat in front (25L x 20W x 25H cm)

6. You can check-In online using your Booking Reference –– Details will be emailed to you the Wednesday before departure.

7. APIS - Voletea requires the date of birth of infants in advance. Details can be inputted by logging into your booking online.

8. There is an additional charge for carriage of SKIs which can be added to your booking online subject to the airlines capacity limits.

9. Unless otherwise specified, seats are allocated during check-in. Every effort is made to ensure parties are sitting together however this may not always be possible.
